1. Consultation Fees

All astrology consultation fees must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your session.

2. No Refund After Service Is Delivered

Due to the personalized and time-based nature of astrology consultations:

• Refunds are not provided once the session has been conducted.

• No refunds will be issued after consultation reports, recordings, or analysis have been shared.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours' prior notice.

• Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted.

• Missed appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations

• Disagreement with astrological interpretation

• Decisions made after consultation

• Incorrect birth details provided by the client

Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth information.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases (technical issues or emergency situations), rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Refine Vedic Astrology.

6. Technical Issues

If a session cannot proceed due to technical problems on our end, the session will be:

• Rescheduled at no additional cost, or

• Refunded fully, if rescheduling is not possible.

7. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If digital reports or downloadable materials are offered:

• All digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.
